Video for Businesses

Today Google launched a new feature within its Google Apps product. Business customers with a Premier account can now host up to 3 GB of video.

The Google Apps video product might be a good solution for companies that want to distribute video internally. However, the hosting limitations and format styles might impede corporate communications efforts.

The FLIMP Platform also enables the delivery of audiovisual content but provides some features that aren't available within the Google Apps video tool. First, flimp videosites can incorporate both a direct call to action, along with corporate branding. Also, the same flimp can be distributed a number of different ways, such as via email or by embedding into a webpage. Finally, flimps' capture real-time analytical data which is actionable if the flimp has been sent out via the integrated email solutions.

If your internal communications program needs more flexibility and options than the Google Apps appliance, Flimp might be the right solution.
